By activating your Western Personal Computer Account in the Western Identity Manager, your password will be synchronized and access to the SSC Network will work. This also opens up access to the WTS Genlabs.
Users that have forgotten their password should go to the Western Identity Manager and answer your challenge response questions so you can reset your password. If you have not yet subscribed to the Western Identity Manager or have not setup your challenge response questions, you will have to contact the Computer Accounts Office to have them generate a new one. You will then subscribe to the Western Identity Manager. You can drop into the WTS Help Desk just inside the front doors of the Support Services Building and present your Western ID card to identify yourself or you can call 519 661-3800 and provide your Western ID number to validate your identity.
