Upgrade to IBM SPSS 27

The most recent version of IBM SPSS Statistics on the network is version 27. The network license for version 26 will expire on May 31, 2021. If you are getting license expiry notifications, you might be using version 26. Please see the installation instructions below for IBM SPSS Statistics version 27.
If you have your own site license copy of SPSS from Western, it is also expiring. You can purchase a copy of the site license from the Campus Computer Store.
IBM SPSS Statistics version 27 is available for installation from the SSC Network via Add/Remove Programs as follows:
Windows 10
- Open File Explorer
- Double-click S:\Add-Remove Programs
- Choose Install a program from the network
Select the following and follow the on-screen instructions:
- IBM SPSS Statistics 27
Concurrent Versions
You may install concurrent versions of SPSS but only the current version will continue to be licensed. This means that when you install version 27, it will not overwrite older versions. Older versions will need to be removed manually.
